Meet Postfliq: A Workspace for Client Social Content
Postfliq helps freelancers and small teams organize client brands, review drafts and manage social publishing. Start with one client and one complete workflow.
By Terry Loerch ·
Postfliq is a social media publishing workspace for freelancers and small teams managing client brands. It brings the brand brief, connected accounts, content and publishing plan together so you can see what needs attention without opening every client account.
Start with one client brand
Create a brand with the client's name, voice and recurring hashtags, then connect its social accounts. Confirm the Page, profile or location shown after connection. Some networks use LeadConnector, Postfliq's publishing partner, so that name can appear in the authorization flow.
Postfliq has verified publishing routes for LinkedIn profiles, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky and Verbal Poo. Threads and LinkedIn company-page publishing are still being verified. Account types and formats can differ, so check the platform details before committing a client's calendar.
Prepare a complete draft
Write the post yourself, reuse material from the content library or import a CSV as drafts. Paid plans include AI assistance for drafting; review the wording and facts before using it. Adapt the caption and media for each selected network rather than assuming one version fits every destination.
Use the free calendar worksheet to organize ideas, owners and review deadlines. The template leaves publishing dates blank so an Postfliq import starts with drafts you can inspect.
Collect feedback on the saved version
On Pro, the workspace owner can create a client review link from the planner. The reviewer does not need an Postfliq account or an invited team seat. They can read one post, enter their name and approve it or request changes.
The link expires after seven days, accepts one decision and can be revoked. Editing the post invalidates earlier links and clears the current approval. A client's decision does not schedule or publish automatically; the owner manages the next step. Read the complete review workflow before sharing a link.
Schedule, verify and follow up
Choose a publishing time, check the calendar and inspect the result after the post runs. A post can succeed on one network and fail on another. Postfliq keeps destination results visible so you can identify the work that needs attention.
The dashboard groups review work, failures, reconnects and upcoming schedule gaps by brand. A quiet week may be intentional; use the prompt to check against the client's plan. For ongoing collaboration, Pro owners can invite up to three teammates and assign the brands each person works on.
Report what was actually measured
Analytics is available on paid plans, with coverage that differs by network and connection. Export a selected client's CSV summary with collection dates and coverage notes, then add your interpretation before sharing it. Missing data is left blank rather than presented as zero. Publishing access does not imply a complete inbox or every native platform metric.
Try the next week's work
Start on Free with one brand, two connected channels and fifteen scheduled posts per month. Paid plans add capacity and features; the pricing page shows current limits. Test one representative post from draft through publication before bringing the rest of your clients into the workspace.
