The client cycle

One place for every handoff.

Postfliq connects the parts of client work that usually drift into separate tabs, messages and spreadsheets.

Start with one client and one real week. Build a repeatable routine for preparation, feedback, publishing and follow-up before you bring over the rest of the roster.

  1. Separate every brand

Keep each client's voice, hashtags, connected accounts and calendar in its own working space.

No account guessing. No mixed-up client context.

  2. Review the saved draft

On Pro, share a seven-day link so a client can approve or request changes without a team seat.

A changed draft clears the earlier approval.

  3. Schedule with context

Adapt text and media by network, choose the destinations deliberately and see the week across brands.

Draft, scheduled and failed work stays visible.

  4. Follow the result

Inspect each publishing destination and export the available metrics for one brand and date range.

    Unavailable measurements stay clearly unavailable.

The practical details

Questions before you connect a client.

Yes. Choose For myself at signup to organize your own profiles or businesses as brands. Choose For clients when managing other people’s profiles. Both use the same publishing tools and support multiple profiles within your plan’s limits. You can change the choice in Settings → Preferences.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business Profile connect through LeadConnector. So do LinkedIn, where company-page publishing still needs final live verification, and Threads, where publishing is still being verified. Bluesky and Verbal Poo connect directly. X is not planned: it charges per post.

Yes. Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok support replies and comment likes; Instagram and Threads support replies. These connect through LeadConnector. Verbal Poo supports replies through a direct connection. Other networks don’t currently send comments to the inbox.

Free stays free: one brand, two channels and 15 scheduled posts a month. Starter is $9.99 a month and Pro is $19.99, billed monthly with no contract. Accounts that used Postfliq before paid plans began have Pro free until November 1, 2026, and get a founding-member discount code by email. See the plans.

No. It drafts captions, ideas, images and replies in the brand's voice, and you review and edit everything before it is published. Nothing reaches a network without a person putting it there.

Delete your account from Settings and we remove your content, connected accounts, and stored access tokens, and revoke the tokens at the network. Export first if you want a copy — deletion is not instant everywhere: encrypted backups age out on their own 35-day cycle, and a few records are kept longer where the law requires it. Posts already published to a network stay on that network — you own those. The retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

On Pro, the workspace owner can share a seven-day review link for a saved draft. The client can approve or request changes without a team seat. Editing the post invalidates that review. Approval records the decision; you still choose when to schedule or publish. See the review workflow.

Yes — that's the main use case. Separate brands each with their own voice, hashtags, connected accounts and posting schedule, plus approvals and category queues to keep a steady cadence across all of them. On Pro you can invite up to three teammates and choose which brands each one works on.
